AA Skin Layers

I’ve mixed my really thin its been 20 layers still no complexion its :sob::sob::sob: frustrating until i get a headache :frowning:

Try mixing your layers a bit thicker. I don’t do thin skin layers on AA babies for exactly that reason, it just takes too darn long lol

Try mixing milky consistency and a few layers. Good luck.

when i do it milky it still tends so give a grainy and blotchy finish :frowning: i think it just not for me

What thinner are you using?

I’m so afraid to try an aa baby. Even my primary mix gets blotchy. I’m wondering if after washing and scrubbing the kit if maybe priming it with skin layers first would help or maybe thinning medium ?

I’ve never use that one but I’ve used Mona Lisa and it left blotchiness and so the best that works for my AA babies is Gamsol paint thinner. I use the mona lisa for mottling and if I’m out of Gamsol I make it work.
