If you get eyes with a smaller pupil it may make it not as noticeable. Real babies do have eyes of different sizes and these are scanned from real babies

My wip zurri … Think she may have too much pink/red around the eyes …can’t decide.

The last pic was not under the light so looks darker.

If you tie it on the edge of the hat and unravel the yarn it will look more like hair. It is cute. I did it for a fun doll costume. The baby was actually bald.
This was a brown hat with brown yarn attached then a white hat hand sewn to it in areas.
